Careivo began in Dhaka with a simple frustration: buying a phone or laptop shouldn't mean gambling on whether the box actually matches what's advertised. We started as a small team of engineers and retail buyers who vetted every supplier by hand.
Today Careivo ships smartphones, laptops and accessories nationwide, but the standard hasn't changed — every unit is checked, every warranty is registered, and every customer gets a real person to talk to if something goes wrong.
Our name comes from what we build the business around: Care, plus the tech we sell. It's a promise, not just a logo.
